YORK'S Poppleton Road Memorial Hall, in Holgate, is holding its 2018 annual meeting next week.
New Trustees are needed to join the team, learn the ropes, and eventually take over the management of this long-established community facility.
Anyone who is interested is welcome to come along to the event which is being held on Thursday, April 26 from 7pm onwards.
The Hall is situated at the junction of Oak Street and Poplar Street, off the A59 Poppleton Road.
