A MAN accused of causing the death of a child by dangerous driving on the A64 has made a second appearance before York Crown Court.
Patrick James Veitch, 48, was represented by London barristers Jonathan Laidlaw QC and David Whittaker for the 45-minute hearing.
The Fulford man is alleged to have caused the death of an 11-year-old boy by driving a Porsche Panamera dangerously near Grimston Bar on August 15, 2016.
He also faces two allegations of causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
Veitch was released on bail.
