CHANGES to Whitby’s Park and Ride site get underway next week.
Work to create parking spaces for workers at Woodsmith polyhalite mine begins on Monday, April 16.
There will be 185 spaces for the use of workers at the mine, who will then be taken to the Woodsmith site by private bus. Public capacity will remain at 450 spaces.
Work will run from April 16-May 25 with a break for the May half-term holiday. Traffic management will be put in place for the delivery of materials via Barker Lane.
