BENINGBROUGH Hall is planning an eggsellent start to the Easter Holidays with the help of a bunny or two.

The National Trust property is staging its annual Easter Egg hunt from Good Friday to Easter Monday along with egg and spoon races and Easter craft workshops.

The Easter Bunny will be hopping along and joining in the fun along the trail of Cadbury eggs.

On March 27, Beningbrough Hall begins its Easter holidays programme with events on specific days over the following three weeks.

They include the chance to start a vegetable patch with seedlings which visitors can watch grow over the rest of Spring and Summer, exploring the gardens looking for insects and other tiny creatures and going pond dipping.

The Hall, has also hung new portraits in the Saloon galleries.
