POLICE are hunting for a man who exposed himself to a 13-year-old girl as she walked home from school.
The incident took place yesterday, Wednesday, near a ginnel off Stockwell Road in Knaresborough at about 3.35pm.
The victim ran home and told her parents, who called police.
Officers are now appealing for any witnesses, particularly a man on a mobility scooter who may have been nearby.
The suspect is described as 6ft tall, slim build, short dark and grey hair, and he was wearing a checked top and baggy blue jeans.
Police have been speaking to residents and trawling through CCTV in an attempt to track down the suspect.
They have also been working with schools to raise awareness of the incident and reassure parents.
