Cyclist taken to hospital after crash in York
A CYCLIST has been taken to hospital after a crash with a car in York this morning.
The collision, involving a 23-year-old female cyclist and a silver Hyundai i30 car, happened in Huntington Road at around 9.15am.
A spokesman for North Yorkshire Police said: "The cyclist complained of a back injury and was treated at the scene by paramedics before being taken by ambulance to York Hospital as a precaution."
The road was clear by 10am.
