A CONCRETE breaker, fan, pliers and grips were stolen from a building supplies warehouse on Osbaldwick Link Road.

Police are appealing for information about two thefts from Selco which took place on February 25 and 26.

At around 1.30pm on February 25 a man entered the store followed by another man. One of the men brought some gaffer tape and then left the store.

About 10 minutes later, the other man left the store with a concrete breaker without making any attempt to pay for it.

Both men got into a grey Vauxhall Astra and drove off down Osbaldwick Link Road.

The next day just after 1.30pm one of the men went back to the store wearing a high visibility jacket.

He went to the electrical aisle and put £50 to £60-worth of items into his bag including a Manrose fan, pliers and grips before leaving the store shortly before 4pm without making any attempt to pay.

Anyone who recognises the man in the CCTV image or has any information is asked to call police on 101 and ask for Martin Metcalfe or email martin.metcalfe@northyorkshire.pnn.police.uk quoting reference number 12180033929.
