CELEBRITIES have teamed up to support a fundraiser for residents diagnosed with cancer.
Cricketer Sir Geoffrey Boycott, vet Julian Norton and Look North presenter Harry Gration have all posed for photographer David Charles, who is putting together an album of pictures to raise cash for York Against Cancer.
David, who is based near Tadcaster, came up with the idea after meeting the charity's general manager Julie Russell.
He said: “I just thought it would be a good and original way to get some funds together for the charity."
The album will also include photographs of singer Jane McDonald as well as Paul Carrack of Mike and The Mechanics, who he contacted after a gig in Harrogate.
David is still looking for people to help him complete the book, which will be signed by the stars before being auctioned online to raise funds.
Anyone who can help is invited to email David on dc@davidcharles.com or call 07775567110.
