A LORRY jack-knifed on the A19 south of York this morning, while another lorry has left the road.
The jack-knifed lorry was between Crockey Hill and Escrick.
The road was fully blocked because of the lorry, but is now clear.
Meanwhile, the A19 was partially blocked near Deighton after another lorry came off the road.
@PC541NYP tweeted that the lorry was blocking the road southbound just after the Happy Haddock towards Selby.
The road is passable again after the vehicle was moved from the scene by a local farmer.
