THREE people have appeared before York Magistrates Court in connection with an anti-fracking demonstration on January 3.
Christopher Jason Allport, 28, of Croft Head Terrace, Glusburn, Keighley, faces two allegations relating to a tanker.
Christopher Stuart Wilson, 56, of the anti-fracking camp on Habton Road, Kirby Misperton, faces one allegation relating to the same vehicle.
Leigh Coghill, 27, of Acorn Way, York, is alleged to have obstructed the highway in Kirby Misperton on the same occasion.
All three denied the charges against them and were released on bail until their trial on June 8.
