TWO businessmen have cycled across the length of New Zealand to raise more than £6,000 for charity.
Baldersby farmer Chris Brown and Chris I’Anson, managing director of Masham-based farm feeds company I’Anson Bros spent 19 days pedalling from Cape Reinga to Bluff to support mental health organisation Claro Enterprises and Parkinson’s UK.
The pair were supported by a campervan and Mr Brown said: “Reaching Bluff on the final day and celebrating with fish and chips was a great way to end the trip. There were many challenges along the way including tropical storms, landslides and tyre punctures. We can’t thank everyone enough."
