Road works
A YORK road will be closed until tomorrow after a water main burst.
City of York Council has shut Second Avenue between the junctions with Main Avenue and East Parade, in Tang Hall.
The authority is re-visiting the site it left 10 days ago when emergency water works were carried out at the same junction.
An alternative route for diverted traffic will be signposted during the period of work.
