The RNLI is recruiting would-be lifeguards to train up for this summer on Yorkshire’s coast.
Successful applicants will protect holidaymakers on beaches at Sandsend, Whitby, Scarborough North and South Bay, Cayton Bay, Filey, Runswick Bay, Bridlington North and South, Bridlington Limekiln Lane, Belvedere, Hornsea and Withernsea.
