York Magistrates' Court
POLICE investigating a serious sexual assault in York this month have arrested a second man who has been charged with rape and robbery.
The incident happened last Tuesday, North Yorkshire Police said.
A 29-year-old man from York was arrested yesterday, the force added.
He has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at York Magistrates' Court today.
