A MAN has denied causing death and serious injury by dangerous driving on a country road north of York.
Justin Maxwell Johnson, 34, of Blacklee Close, Strensall, will stand trial at York Crown Court on August 6 and was released on bail.
At his first appearance before the court, he denied causing the death of his adult nephew Jordan Johnson by dangerous driving on Towthorpe Moor Lane between Towthorpe and the A64 on April 3.
He also denied causing serious injury to James Egan by dangerous driving in the same place and on the same date.
