THIEVES smashed their way into a property and stole a large amount of jewellery.
Police said the burglary happened in Manor Garth, Spofforth, near Harrogate, between 8am and 7.30pm on November 8.
A spokesman for North Yorkshire Police explained: "The suspects entered the property via a rear glass door which was smashed and a thorough, untidy search of the property was carried out and a large amount of jewellery was taken."
