POLICE are concerned for the wellbeing of a missing 74-year-old man from Selby.
Denis Richardson was last seen in the town's Aldi carpark at 3.30pm on Wednesday, and a spokesman said that due to his age and the length of time he has been missing, "officers are becoming increasingly concerned for his safety".
Mr Richardson is white, about 5ft 10 tall, of stocky build with grey hair. He was wearing blue jeans, black shoes and a navy t-shirt. He was not wearing a coat or jacket, and was last seen walking in the direction of McDonalds.
Anyone with information should phone North Yorkshire Police on 101, or 999 if you have an immediate sighting of him.
