YORFEST is expected to attract thousands of music revellers and comedy fans from across Yorkshire to York Racecourse tomorrow.

Programmed by Bryan Stubbs, York's annual music gathering for families is returning for its third year on Bustardthorpe Field, Knavesmire.

Britain's number one country act The Shires will be joined on tomorrow's bill by the likes of indie legend Badly Drawn Boy, Brighton indie popsters Fickle Friends, Teeside's folk gems Cattle & Cane and York punks ... And The Hangnails.
