A YORK development which saw a brewery turned into six townhouses and an area for artefacts to be displayed has won a third award.
Clementhorpe Maltings, a former Grade II Listed, 19th century malthouse, which had been empty since the 1960s, won Best Creative Re-use of an Industrial Building 2017 from the Association for Industrial Archaeology (AIA).
