A FAMILY who walked 180 miles raised £5,000 for charity.
The Cornish family - Peter, 37, Sarah, 41, Seth, 12, Tilda, 11, Harriet, nine, Hannah-Elizabeth, seven, and Esme, four - walked from St Bees in Cumbria to Robin Hood’s Bay, North Yorkshire, over 16 days in August.
Last week, their fundraising total reached £5,000, with all proceeds going to RAY - Refugee Action York.
Peter said: “We are thrilled and humbled by all the support we got. Friends and strangers have been supportive and wonderful. We would love to do it all again.”
