York Carers Centre
A GROUP supporting the city’s carers will hold its annual general meeting later this month.
York Carers Centre, at York CVS, in Priory Street, is hosting the event to update members and residents about its work, on Thursday, September 21, from 6pm.
Guest speakers Marilyn Crawshaw and Heidi Chan will present work from York Human Rights Network.
The centre supports unpaid carers living in or caring for someone who lives in York and offers services for young carers (age eight to 18), young adult carers (16 to 25) and adult carers.
