The Spitfire fly-past is still due to take place at Castle Howard Proms
ORGANISERS of Castle Howard's Proms tomorrow night say the Spitfire fly-past is set to go ahead despite problems announced with the Battle of Britain’s Memorial Flight’s Spitfires and Hurricanes.
Some of the planes have been grounded after the discovery of a technical defect.
The 7.30pm fly-past is subject to weather conditions but the forecast is good. Gates open at 6pm.
