COMMUNITY pub The Golden Ball in Bishophill is hosting its summer fair on Sunday with activities for all ages, as a get together for families, friends and neighbours.
There will be craft stalls, a tombola, tea and cake and ice lollies, fruity ciders and soft drinks with games with adult and children's heats, including welly wanging, tug o'war and flat cap frisbee.
Fairground attractions will include a coconut shy, bobbing for apples, hook a duck and tin can alley.
Other entertainment includes live music from amazing local singer/songwriters, a story teller, wacky words of wisdom from the friendly Green Man fortune teller and a traditional Punch and Judy show and magic from Professor Dan.
The fun kicks off at 10am in the old churchyard of St Mary’s Bishophill Senior, opposite the pub in Cromwell Road and continues until 4pm.
