AS CAMP Bestival’s tenth birthday bash draws ever closer, organisers have revealed more around the clock family friendly entertainment.

Founder Rob da Bank says: “As ever at Camp Bestival, we have a menagerie of magnificence for all ages.

“From teenage tear ups with the likes of Ronnie Scott’s, Marawa’s Majorettes, Max & Harvey and Crafternoon in The Den, to family fun for everyone down in the Dingly Dell with ATE, Lizzie’s Way Longdown Festival Farm and much, much more, there’s always going to be something to capture your imagination, whether you’re seven, 17 or 70!”

One of the highlight’s for this year’s festival which runs from July 27-30 is a workshop run by the renowned Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club called Ronnie Scott’s Big Band in a Day.

Tutors from the iconic music club will be helping young musical festival goers to form a jazz big band who will get to play to the masses on the Castle Stage.

There will also be Tie Dye Mayhem with Lizzie, who will be on hand to customize teen’s trainers with tie-dyed shoe laces and there will be a meet and greet with twin pop sensations Max & Harvey Mills who have amassed over four million fans on music.

Meanwhile Marawa’s Majorettes will host a session on Marawa’s awesome new book about the trials and tribulations of teenage life: The Girl Guide.

Sunday afternoon will ensue with the annual teen quiz, Let’s Get Quiz-ical! hosted by poet Mark Grist and Rob da Bank’s Music Club returns with some new workshops exclusively for 13-17-year-olds.

And if all of that wasn’t enough we have awesome new Games Tent with Big Potato. Plus, there will be life size versions of the games with Outdoor Games in the Den Garden, including the ridiculously fun Ping Pong Thunderdome!

With the teens well and truly taken care of, the rest of the family can enjoy a whole woodland-based world of wonder that awaits in the Dingly Dell. One of Camp Bestival’s most popular areas, this year there’s a whole host of interactive action to get stuck into including games, riddles & songs from the ATE Trust. They will also have dragonfly and dreamcatcher making workshops, Dangerous Demos and Extreme Evening Escapades! Plus, Shadow Puppet Theatre on Friday & Saturday and Willow Lantern-lit Procession, Bedtime Story and Hot Chocolate on Sunday.

There will be live storytelling sessions of David Litchfield’s beautifully illustrated winner of 2016’s Waterstones Children’s Book Prize, The Bear and the Piano with craft and musical workshops and more based on the beautiful book and its magical tales. Imagination is the limit at longstanding fave Lizzie’s Way. Don’t miss the chance to play, laugh and experiment in mud kitchens, story nooks, puppet theatres and fabulously crafty bespoke outdoor activities.
