THE RESTAURANT company planning to move in to St Helen’s Square has applied for permission to put up new signs on the listed building.
Troia (UK) Restaurants have made an application for brass and illuminated signs on the current Blacks outdoor shop. The company has plans to convert it into a branch of the prestigious restaurant The Ivy.
