A NEW cycle map has been produced to help people explore North Holderness on two wheels.
East Riding of Yorkshire Council has launched the new free map, the seventh in a series it has developed, and it covers areas like Hornsea, Aldbrough, Burton Constable and Rise. The maps all include a range of rides suitable for families to novices to those looking for a more challenging route.
Most of the routes run alongside quiet roads or the Hornsea rail trail, and take in scenery and attractions like Hornsea Mere and Honeysuckle Farm.
For a free copy of the northern Holderness cycle map, or maps that cover Beverley, Driffield, Pocklington, Goole, south Holderness and Bridlington, email transport.policy@eastriding.gov.uk, ring 01482 393969 or go to www.eastriding.gov.uk/cyclemaps.
