TWO domestic garages were damaged by a fire in York this morning.
Firefighters were called to a report of a fire in a rear garden in Whenby Grove, Huntington, shortly after 3am.
North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service said the fire involved a garage and spread to a neighbouring garage.
A spokeswoman for the fire service added that it was a "probable electrical cause."
Crews used two hose reels, three breathing apparatus, thermal imaging camera, lighting and small tools to tackle the fire.
