A MAN has died after being found unconscious in a York street.
The 44-year-old was taken to hospital in a critical condition on Thursday, May 25, but North Yorkshire Police confirmed to The Press he died on Monday June 5.
A 22-year-old local man was arrested on suspicion of possession and supplying heroin, possession of a knife in a public place, and “administering poison with intent to endanger life or inflict grievous bodily harm”, and later released under investigation.
