DETECTIVES have renewed their appeal to find Thomas Oakley, who has been on the run for two weeks
Oakley, 20, formerly of Boltby Road, Rawcliffe, was due to appear before York Crown Court on Wednesday, May 17, but never turned up.
A North Yorkshire Police spokesman said yesterday that Oakley remains wanted on a court warrant in connection with a case of arson with intent to endanger life.
When he failed to attend court, police released this photograph of him and urged anyone who has seen him to phone the force immediately.
The spokesman said police also want to speak to Oakley about a number of alleged traffic offences, and encouraged anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact North Yorkshire Police on 101 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555111.
