Inside the Spurriergate Centre
A CAFE for carers will next open its doors on Wednesday, June 7.
The Carers Cafe, at the Spurriergate Centre, Coney Street, pictured, is open from 10am to 11.30am, and gives people the chance to talk about their experiences. A free drink and teacake will be served.
You can bring the person you care for if you wish and there’s no need to book.
The Spurriergate Centre is wheelchair accessible, there will be a Carer Support Worker attending each month to talk to and organisers provide lots of information from other organisations.
