THIEVES stole a flag and flagpole from a North Yorkshire fast food restaurant.
North Yorkshire Police released these images of two men they want to speak in connection with the theft from McDonald's in Huntriss Row, Scarborough.
The theft happened at about 7.30pm on Monday, April 17, but the images have only just been released by police.
A police spokesman said one of the men picked up one of the flagpole that was flying a McDonald's flag, and both then ran off down Huntriss Row in the direction of the Grand Hotel. The flag and pole will cost about £100 to replace.
Anyone with any information about the identity of the men or who has information on the whereabouts of the flag should contact North Yorkshire Police on 101, select option two and ask for PC Robert Wardle, quoting incident number 12170065667.
Alternatively, email robert.wardle@northyorkshire.pnn.police.uk or phone Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
