POLICE have arrested three men on suspicion of drugs offences after raiding two properties in Selby.
North Yorkshire Police said officers executed a search warrant at a property in Millgate at about 4pm yesterday, and found class A and B drugs.
A spokeswoman for the force has confirmed two men were arrested - a 20-year-old from Barlby on suspicion of possessing class A and B drugs, and a 58-year-old from Selby on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of class A drugs.
"Both men have been released while under investigation," the spokeswoman added.
On Wednesday, at about 7.30pm, officers also executed a warrant under the Misuse of Drugs Act at a property in Selby's Kitchen Drive.
The spokeswoman told The Press that officers recovered cannabis and arrested a 20-year-old man from Selby on suspicion of possessing class B drugs with intent to supply.
"The man has been released while under investigation", the spokeswoman said.
