A MAN arrested after a crash in a supermarket car park has been released by police.
The man, who is in his 50s and from York, was arrested after a crash involving a car and a pedestrian in Asda car park, Monks Cross, on Wednesday morning.
Police say he has been released under investigation while enquiries continue.
A woman in her 60s was injured in the crash, and was taken to hospital for treatment.
