VOLUNTEERS have planted bulbs and wildflowers on a verge in York to help preserve wildlife.
Members of the Osbaldwick Cub Scout group, along with a number of parents, organised and created the wildflower mix on two sections of verge in Osbaldwick.
The project was carried out last week under the direction of councillor Mark Warters and Andrew Cutts from Urban Buzz.
Cllr Warters said: “Thanks again to the group.”
