FIREFIGHTERS have rescued a little boy who became locked in a metal booth at a car park near Flamborough Head this afternoon.
Humberside Fire and Rescue Service said the child, aged about two or three, went into the booth at Danes Dyke where parking tickets were sold, and the door shut behind him and could not be opened by his parent.
A crew from Bridlington got to the scene in about ten minutes and used a crowbar to force open the door and left the child, who was unharmed, in the care of his parent.
