YORK Teaching Hospital Charity hopes to raise funds for patients with dementia by asking people to donate their remaining ‘round pounds’.
The hospital wants to improve the experience of patients with dementia by providing activity and specialist equipment such as computer tablets, clocks and lighting. It hopes to raise £200,000 to fulfill its plans.
