A SHED used for a car valeting business in Thirsk has been almost destroyed by a fire this evening.
North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service said six fire engines were sent to the property in Stammergate - measuring 50 metres by 20 - to tackle the blaze.
A spokesman said the cause of the fire was believed to have been electrical but this was still under investogation.
He said at 9pm that all crews had now left the scene.
