IF the council are going to do something about the unused fountain in Parliament Street, instead of a statue of Queen Victoria why not one of Richard III?
He loved the city of York and the residents of that time loved him.
The city of Leicester may have his body, but his heart was with York.
He could be looking towards the Minster, where he should have been buried.
