A red tailed bumble bee
A SILENT auction is taking place at Foxwood Community Centre on Saturday, April 1, to raise money for the Bumble Bee Conservation Trust.
Items made by the Foxy Crafters will be on sale from 11am until 1pm at the community centre on Bellhouse Way. A knitted owl, hedgehog, elephant and dachshund as well as baby cardigans and scarves will all be up for sale, along with lavender bags made from the centre’s own garden.
York Urban Buzz will also be there to help people make free bee hotels.
