VOLUNTEERS are needed to help North Yorkshire Police in towns around the region.
The force is recruiting Neighbourhood Support Volunteers in York, Harrogate, Scarborough, Ryedale, Hambleton and Richmondshire.
As part of the role, volunteers work with local policing teams and other partner agencies to support activities in the community with the aim of reducing crime and helping to protect vulnerable people.
