APPLICATIONS are now open for a new Chief Constable of Humberside Police.
The five-year appointment, which carries a salary of between £130,291 and £159,244, became available following the retirement of Justine Curran, the force’s first female chief constable, last month.
The announcement was made on the Humberside Police and Crime Commissioner’s website on Friday, and stated applicants must have successfully completed the Strategic Command Course and have served at the rank of Assistant Chief Constable, Commander or a more senior rank.
Applications close on April 2. Details at humberside-pcc.gov.uk
