Mercedes in Askham Bryan blaze
A Mercedes driver had a premature end to his journey when his car burst into flames just south of York this afternoon.
The vehicle was on a slip road at the Askham Bryan junction of the A64 when the incident happened.
York firefighters put out the blaze.
