A DRIVER has been charged to appear in court after being stopped by police twice in a week.
Officers from North Yorkshire Police pulled over a black Audi in Scarborough on Friday on suspicion of drug driving.
The driver failed a roadside drug test and refused to give a blood sample.
The driver had also been arrested on Monday on the A170 after being seen driving erratically.
