The Rose & Crown at Askham Richard, near York
VICTORIA PREST’S excellent article regarding the dramatic closure of Askham Richard’s Rose and Crown pub (The Press, February 20) struck a chord with me.
I have enjoyed many a drink at the Rose and Crown in the good company and management of Dan and Debs. They will be sadly missed.
