THE next Lego and Duplo morning will be held in York this weekend.
Acomb Explore library will host the event, which has been organised by the Yorkey Dads as a way to share experience, build confidence, and become an active parent.
The scheme started as a Facebook group in January 2015, and the Lego and Duplo morning will run between 9.30am and 10.30am on Saturday, and every Saturday going forward.
Jack Woodhams, co-chair of the group, said: "I was aware of similar online groups for mums but there didn’t seem to be anything like that primarily aimed at fathers.
"We’re an inclusive group that any York-based father can join, air any worries or concerns, or find activities to do with their children."
