A 20-year-old man has died after falling ill in a vehicle on the outskirts of York.
A spokesperson for North Yorkshire Police said officers were called to the "sudden death" at 4.40pm on Monday.
It happened at traffic lights at the Fulford Interchange, where the A64 meets the A19.
The spokesperson added: "A 20-year-old man had fallen ill in a vehicle when the vehicle was stationary at traffic lights.
"There was not a collision. There are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances surrounding the death."
The A19 was blocked at the Fulford Interchange while emergency services dealt with the incident.
