A DRIVER who was arrested after failing to stop in York could barely stand due to being too drunk, police said.
Police were called to a driver swerving on the road.
North Yorkshire Police's York West team said the motorist failed to stop for officers, but was relocated and stopped.
The team tweeted: "Driver can barely stand up due to being that drunk! Arrested."
