THE village of Goodmanham near Market Weighton is looking for a new parish councillor.
A by-election will be held if 10 electors write to the chief executive of the East Riding of Yorkshire Council at County Hall, Beverley, East Yorkshire, HU17 9BA to claim one by March 3.
