Man injured after crash between bus and mobility scooter
A MAN has been taken to hospital after a crash between bus and a mobility scooter.
The crash happened in Leeds Road, Tadcaster, at about 3.20pm in Saturday.
A spokeswoman for North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service said one of their crews was passing the scene when the incident occurred, and stopped to assist until paramedics arrived.
A spokeswoman for the Yorkshire Ambulance Service said a rapid response vehicle and an ambulance were sent to the crash, and the man was taken to York Hospital with suspected neck injuries.
