SEPARATING families are being invited to take part in a series of mediation events by a York law firm.
Rollits is supporting Family Mediation Week from January 23 to 27 to highlight the benefits of families working together in order to encourage them to consider this as a way forward.
Sheridan Ball who heads the Family team at Rollits and has been an accredited mediator for 17 years, said: “Mediation enables separating couples to make their own decisions about what happens when their family and their assets.
“This means that they can take control of their future lives”.
From next Tuesday, January 24, anyone who would like information about family mediation including funding arrangements can contact Leanne Tripp for a free telephone appointment at leanne.tripp@rollits.com with their name and telephone number.
In addition Rollits’ Mediators will also operate “Ask the Mediator” - an online question and answer forum open to all - anyone wishing to participate should email info@rollits.com with their query.
